Sono partner alla pari di questa nuova iniziativa basata sul web: Group for Reconstructive and Therapeutic Advancements (GReTA, Italia), iBreastBook (UK), Oncoplastic Academy (OA)-Brazil, American Society of Breast Surgeons (ASBrS), Breast Surgeons of Australia & New Zealand (BreastSurgANZ), Chinese Breast Cancer Society ( CBCS), Association of Breast Surgeons of India (ABSI) e Senology Academy-Turkey (SENATURK).

You may be surprised… Are we de-escalating the pyramid of evidence voluntarily? Is GReTA abandoning complex and sophisticated standard tools like the GRADE system suddenly? Not really! We just want to investigate your opinion about decision drivers for surgical choice and outcomes of breast surgery. To do this we decided to use a transparent methodology such as a modified Delphi interview (fEatures TecHniques Outcomes Survey). This will be based on multiple rounds of closed or open-ended questions aiming to identify relevant features as

Dear friends and colleagues, we are proud to announce a call for selection of panel members of the next MBN2021 Consensus Conference. Thanks to the support of the methodological team of the Mario Negri Institute in Milan, we will develop recommendations for use of ADMs and synthetic meshes in dual plane and prepectoral breast reconstruction following the GRADE approach. The panellists will be invited to express their opinion on the evidence deriving from a systematic literature review investigating the efficacy and safety, the

Dear friends and colleagues, G.Re.T.A. is proud to announce the publication of our last Cochrane protocol comparing implants and autologous tissue flaps for breast reconstruction following mastectomy. The safety of implants has been periodically questioned in the last years and recently a rare and mostly indolent disease as the BIA-ALCL is, pushed towards looking at alternatives to breast implants for breast reconstruction. Could autologous tissue flaps totally replace breast implants for breast reconstruction following mastectomy? We will compare the two techniques in terms of surgical
